Cancelling Before Finalising a Policy

You may cancel your service request at any point before signing or finalizing the paperwork. To do so:

  • Contact us directly via phone or email with your full name and service reference, if available.
    We appreciate as much detail as you can provide to locate and cancel your file accurately.
  • Let us know your reason for canceling (optional).
    While not required, this helps us improve our service and better understand client needs.

No cancellation fees apply if no official agreement or payment has been made.

Cancelling After Confirmation

If you’ve confirmed a service (e.g., expressed intent to proceed) but haven’t yet signed a formal agreement or paid:

  • Notify us as soon as possible.
    The earlier we know, the easier it is to adjust or stop the process.
  • We will contact any involved third-party providers (e.g., insurance carriers) to cancel your request.
    If they have already begun processing, some administrative fees may apply — these are determined by their policies, not ours.

Our Right to Refuse or Cancel Services

BKAS Insurance Solution reserves the right to cancel or decline service in the following cases:

  • If false or misleading information is provided.
    Honest information is essential for effective insurance support.
  • If communication becomes abusive or unprofessional.
    We reserve the right to protect our team and maintain respectful interactions.
  • If a client fails to respond to repeated follow-up messages over an extended period.

Requesting Changes Instead of Cancelling

If you’re unsure about canceling but need to adjust your request:

    We’re happy to make changes where possible — whether it’s a different insurance type, timeline, or coverage level.
